About Me
As a fitness coach at Train With Henry and The Rascal Club, I bring a background in sports management, certifications in personal training and running coaching, and I’m currently expanding my knowledge through ongoing studies in nutrition.
My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible improve their overall health.
This mission is personal. Both of my grandads planned to travel after retirement, but their health got in the way - one suffered a stroke, the other was diagnosed with dementia. Stories like these aren’t rare - many of us have seen the ripple effects poor health can have, not just on one person but on their whole family. Watching that unfold made me realise I want to be part of the solution.
Yes, our genetics play a role, but conditions like these are often preventable with the right lifestyle. That’s what I aim to teach - not through extremes, but through sustainable strength training, smart nutrition, and real-life healthy habits.
At just 22, I’m committed to helping not only my own family but others too. Because better health doesn’t just mean a longer and better quality life - it means better sleep, less pain, more energy, greater strength, confidence, and happiness today.
For me, exercise is about feeling good - both physically and mentally. Achievements like running a sub-15-minute 5K or cycling the length of the UK didn’t come easy, but the sense of accomplishment makes it all worthwhile. I train the same way I coach: with a focus on long-term health and staying active for life - because it’s never too early to start. Outside of training, I’m always chasing the next adventure or travel experience and if the photos are anything to go by, it’s never a dull one.

What I Offer
Group Strength Training Classes
These classes are designed to help you build a strong foundation of strength - something that benefits every part of life.
From the age of 30, we naturally begin to lose muscle at a rate of 3–8% per decade. Regular strength training can slow or even reverse this decline, helping you maintain muscle, move better, and stay independent as you age.
In the short term, strength training improves how you feel day-to-day:
-
Better movement
-
Less pain and stiffness
-
Fewer recurring injuries
Each class is a 45-minute full-body session delivered in a small group format (up to 10 people). You’ll get the motivation of training with others and the personalised attention to make sure you’re doing things right. The workouts are fun and varied, using a circuit-style format with or without weights, and always set to great music to keep things fresh.
Classes are welcoming to all fitness levels and bring together people of different ages and abilities in a friendly, supportive space.
And while strength training is a key part of what we do, it’s just one piece of the puzzle. I also weave in simple, realistic advice on nutrition, sleep, and overall wellbeing — because treating your body well goes far beyond exercise.

Marc's Story:
When Marc first came to me in January, his goal was purely weight-focused - he wanted to get below 90kg, and his plan was to do it through exercise. Since running had worked for him in the past, that’s where we started: once a week, then twice, and by April, he was occasionally running five times a week.
But running wasn’t what changed Marc’s body. The real transformation came from lifting heavy weights and making consistent changes to his diet. Despite some initial resistance, Marc committed to cutting down his alcohol and then surprised me one day by saying he wanted to give it up for 3 months!! The change in mindset is what I am most proud of with Marc.

Marc's Testimonial:
Henry is an excellent trainer, I feel so much better - strong and healthy, my clothes fit better and best of all I really enjoy our sessions.
Alongside our training sessions, Henry has offered diet and nutrition advice and I feel like my recovery after sessions has massively improved. He is clearly very passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Knee Replacements - 2023 and 2024
Danger of falling
Hunched over when standing and running
29 minute 5k
Steve's Story:
Steve came to me at 69, recovering from his second knee replacement. A lifelong runner, he wanted to return to running - but when we first met, his balance was poor and his leg strength needed work.
We focused on foundational strength and balance first. Within weeks, he was back to running - and hasn’t stopped since. At 70, he now runs 5Ks in 25 minutes and moves with strength and confidence.
I’m proud of this one - because without that work, I genuinely believe Steve risked losing his independence within 5 years. This changed everything for him.
Is now into his 70s
Able to balance on one leg without assistance
Upright posture when standing and running

Steve's Testimonial:
Joining Henry's class is one of the best decisions I've made and I see these classes as now part of my life going forward.
