What to expect
The strength classes follow a dynamic circuit-style format. With three corners (upper, lower and core) of the gym and four exercises in each, you'll stay constantly engaged as you move from one station to the next. Each week brings a new focus, varied timing intervals, energising music, and a supportive, team-driven atmosphere that keeps workouts both effective and exciting.
